Corporate Human Resources is the central personnel department of the Europa-Park Resort. From recruiting to personnel development and health management to the creation of strategic process developments - Corporate HR plays a central key role in the entire construct of the HR department. The team is not only characterised by its versatility and complexity, but also has the values of our family business in its blood. About the business division
Over 60 employees in the HR department ensure that all the needs of the workforce are served in the best possible way. Whether it's onboarding training from our own Academy, an accommodation request from our property team, queries about action planning in the coordinator team – the HR department is the right department to contact. Diversity is not just a marketing term for us, but a daily practice for over 4,500 employees from more than 100 nations.
