Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the implementation and development of our quality and hygiene standards
- You will take over the training of our scullery teams
- You will coordinate closely with our personnel dispatcher to ensure sufficient staffing during peak times
- With a hands-on mentality, you are ready to deal with small crisis situations at short notice
- Your team will take care of the cleaning work for kitchen and bar utensils, dishes, work areas and much more. You are able to demonstrate efficiency and coordination skills with this
Your profile
- Experience in a field such as housekeeping or property management at a cleaning company or similar are desirable and of great advantage
- As you will be leading a very international team, any form of foreign language skills is beneficial
- You are able to combine an understanding of cleaning and hygiene requirements with implementation and assertiveness, creating unbeatable combination
- Regular shifts from early evening into the night are perfect for you.
- You are characterised by an open and friendly personality
