With immediate effect or as agreed, and to support our ‘Rulantica’ water adventure resort team, we are looking for

F&B VIP Waiting Staff

Your area of responsibility

  • You’ll look after our VIP guests in the premium areas like the ‘Hyddas’ with our food and beverage offering
  • Your knowledge of our range will mean you are able to spontaneously and flexibly respond to special requests
  • You’ll support our exclusive Panorama Bar and Skalbar bar areas with day-to-day tasks
  • You’ll prepare high-quality snacks and mixed drinks
  • You’ll anticipate our guests’ every wish – charming and unobtrusive, you have a good feel for when they might like something
  • You know how important quality standards are, which is why you are careful to keep your area clean

Your profile

  • You have some years of experience in the gastronomy industry
  • You speak good German and ideally English or French
  • You are hospitable at heart and enjoy dealing with international guests
  • Your way of working is characterised by a sense of responsibility and independence
  • A well-groomed, confident and engaging appearance rounds off your profile
  • Last but not least: You are flexible in terms of time and willing to work on weekends and during holidays

About the department

With over 90 gastronomic concepts, the Europa-Park Resort offers a vast and comprehensive culinary range. The F&B Service Team takes care of the physical well-being of our guests: from the buffet restaurant and self-service restaurant to the fine dining restaurant, there is something for every occasion. As a Service Team, we work with people, for people and always in accordance with the quality standards of the Europa-Park Resort.

About the business division

Since Europa-Park opened in 1975, the Gastronomy department has grown from a simple snack bar to one of the largest gastronomic offers in Europe. We offer our guests unforgettable moments with more than 90 different gastronomy options, even when the rollercoasters and slides have long closed. Whether in the morning or late at night, the gastronomy department of the MACK group creates delightful culinary moments for our guests!

About the company

Rulantica is the second park in the Europa-Park Resort and, similarly to Europa-Park, wins guests over with its great attention to detail and theming, as well as wide range of attractions. The water world offers one of the most beautiful indoor and outdoor water experiences in Europe, all year round.
