Application tips & FAQ

You probably read the sentence in a job posting before: “We expect your complete application documents.” What do we mean by this?

  • Cover letter/letter of motivation
  • Complete CV
  • Certificates of the last two years (school, apprenticeship, studies)
  • Certificates (e.g. about qualifications and advanced training)
  • Other certificates or references (e.g. internships or social engagement)
  • Important: Please provide your full contact information! Keep in mind that we might contact you

The cover letter should clearly indicate your desired employment. Make a reference to the company and describe why you are the right person for this position in one A4 page or less.

The cover letter should be individually catered to the position and not interchangeable. Pay attention to the correct names of the contact persons and indicate your possible entry date.

Please make sure to design the curriculum vitae clearly. The curriculum vitae contains information about your personal data; this means about your school education, your qualification and your professional career.

The general rule is: the earlier you apply the higher your chances of getting a workplace at Europa-Park.

Very important last tip: Please review your application documents for any spelling and grammatical mistakes.

If you have any questions you can contact Ms Bachimont (+49 (0) 7822 77 15420) at any time.

Do not dress up – remember that we notice if you feel comfortable.

Can I bypass the internship if I already did an internship in another company?

The internship is not only necessary to get a taste of the processes and structures, but to first of all get to know each other on the human level – the internship provides a great opportunity for both sides. Therefore, an internship completed at another company is not sufficient.

Can I also reach my workplace via public transport?

If you are looking for a job in our company, mobility is an important requirement (car, motorcycle, etc.). Rust does not have its own train station, but there is a bus connection that stops directly in front of the staff entrance.

Do I get my application portfolio back in case of rejection?

We can only return your documents with a corresponding “request for return” in your application.Without the corresponding note, the documents are destroyed on our part.
