The first days at the Europa-Park Resort

At the heart of the onboarding process is our Welcome Centre 75, which opened in 2024 and serves as both a central point of contact and a meeting place. Special attention is paid to the integration of international employees. The Welcome Centre provides support in nine languages, and the international recruiting team actively assists with visas and residence permits, registration issues and organisational procedures.

Even after the start, the team remains available as a reliable point of contact. The onboarding process at the Europa-Park Resort is therefore not a one-off event, but a holistically designed, supportive introduction to the company.

We accompany our new employees personally, step by step through all the important stages to ensure a successful start:

Before the first workday

On their first day at work, new employees are welcomed at the Welcome Café. They receive a welcome box containing handy utensils, a name badge and a digital information pack. After the administrative formalities, there is a guided orientation tour of the respective area of work – Europa-Park, Rulantica or the hotel resort.

On the first workday

On the second workday

On the second day of work, training courses are held at the MACK Academy. These include cash register training, hygiene and safety instructions, and company-specific information. The aim is to prepare new employees for their tasks in the best possible way and to create a sense of security in their everyday work.

From the third workday

From the third day onwards, individual training begins in the respective department. New employees are accompanied by experienced team members who act as permanent mentors.

Document check

At the outset, we will review all necessary documentation together to ensure that everything is complete and that you can start your role smoothly.

Employee ID

We then create your personal employee ID card – your ticket to Europa-Park and, at the same time, an important key to your everyday work life.

A tour of Rust

During a guided tour of Rust, we not only show our employees the key locations, but also pick up their work clothes together from one of our clothing depots.

Visit of the MACK Academy

This is where the second day of work takes place. New employees receive their first important training sessions here and learn about other aspects of their future working environment.

Welcome box

At the end of your first day at work, we will present you with a lovingly assembled welcome box containing useful goodies. The day will be rounded off with refreshments from the café – as a warm welcome to our team.

Time for questions

We will, of course, take sufficient time to answer all your questions and directly address any uncertainties you may have.
