The TALENT ACADEMY was founded by Katja Mack in May 2014. A diverse range of courses in dance, artistry, music and arts awaits members in modern course and classroom facilities. More than 30 international coaches run over 100 courses every week, which are attended by over 360 children. Quality, creativity and fun are the top priorities here. Whether as a hobby or on a professional level - every member will find their passion here. Well-trained coaches recognise potential and cater to the needs of the talents. Events, shows and competitions take the practical relevance of the TALENT ACADEMY to the next level.
Areas of work
Coaching & Training
Whether Ice Skating, Circus Gymnastic, Flamenco, Vocal Coaching or Sketching & Cartoon Design: the coaches and courses at the TALENT ACADEMY are as diverse as the children's talents. Every talent is welcome here.
Front & Back Office
The front & back office teams take care of welcoming members, course planning, billing and much more, so that the coaches and trainers can focus completely on looking after the children.

Europa-Park Fitness Club
As an employee you can train in our Fitness Club without contractual obligation for €25 per month. This enables you to have a balanced work-life even during stressful times.

The Academy offers a wide range of different training courses and seminars - from entry-level training to numerous specialised training courses and highly qualified courses, our employees are given a wide range of opportunities.
Leisure groups

All full-time employees can buy or lease their preferred bike at preferable rates with 'Jobrad' – whether city bike, mountain bike, road bike or e-bike.
Free entrance to Europa-Park
All employees can visit Europa-Park outside of their working hours for free. Your emplyoee ID is also your entrance ticket. You can also visit many of our partner parks for free.
Employee events
As an employee, you receive special conditions or even free entry to many of our top events. In addition, a company party with the entire staff takes place once a year.
Employee restaurant
We look after you! Fruit and water are free in all employee restaurants. In the morning you can buy sandwiches and warm snacks, the good value for money lunch is your choice of light and healthy or hearty.
