You've probably heard this many times before: 'We are expecting your complete application.' Here is what we mean by that and what we need from you.
The following documents should be included in your application portfolio:
Very important: please include your current contact details!
The following points should be included in your CV:
You should pay special attention to a smart and well-groomed appearance. Think about the position you have applied for and what clothing seems appropriate. Refrain from wearing sporty clothes (jeans and a T-shirt). Nevertheless, the basic rule is: wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.
You should be able to evaluate yourself. In the interview, you will be asked questions about your career and your goals. Also think about questions like:
Once again, it is important that you find out about your desired position in advance and familiarise yourself with our company.
Generally speaking, the time a job interview takes varies. You should plan between 30 and 60 minutes. We also offer online interviews via Microsoft Teams. This way you don't have to plan extra time for travelling to and from the interview.
The selection process for this takes place 2-3 months before the start of the internship. Ideally, you should apply 3 months before the start of the internship.
You should apply at least one year in advance. Please indicate when you are available for the pre-study internship.
The internship does not only serve to get to know processes and structures, but above all to get to know each other on a personal level - therefore, the internship offers a great opportunity for both sides.
That's why an internship already completed in another company is not enough.
If you are looking for a job in our company, mobility is an important requirement (car, motorbike, public transport, etc.). Rust does not have its own train station, but the public transport options in and around Rust are very good. A bus route even runs directly in front of the employee entrance.
