‘Confertainment’ refers to the first-class range of conferences and individual events available at the Europa-Park Resort. The Confertainment team has made it their mission to entertain and inspire their group and business customers. With their unique quality and service, the Confertainment team helps our group and business customers to inspire their employees, existing customers and potential new customers. As part of the overarching ‘Hospitality’ business division, the overall focus is on the guest. This means that everything the Confertainment team, from the gastronomic offers to hotel stays, from the events to the daily shows, are geared towards the best possible guest experience.

The ‘Digital & Research’ department combines the digital expertise from across the MACK Group. Digital & Research is innovative, creative and at the same time driven by numbers. The management thinks, feels and lives digitally, all without losing sight of the visitors, and has set itself the focus of digitally extending the customer experience to before, during and after the visit.

In the ‘Entertainment’ department, Europa-Park combines expertise from shows, events and event technology. Corporate customers of Confertainment happily put their evening events in the hands of the show professionals and event technicians at Europa-Park, to give them the perfect setting.

Financial accounting is essentially responsible for posting all business transactions, including construction projects, handling payment transactions, asset accounting, cost accounting and much more.

The gardening and landscaping team takes care of more than 3,000 trees within the Europa-Park Resort, as well as a unique selection of plants, which are thematically adapted to the various themed areas. Over 535,000 flowers are planted by our gardeners throughout the year. In addition, 180 tonnes of pumpkins and 2,500 Christmas trees are decorated in the autumn and winter seasons. In particular, the gardens surrounding the water world and our hotel resort were designed with significant input by the gardening and landscaping teams. In order to ensure the variety of plants in the Europa-Park Resort, our gardeners work with modern, water-saving irrigation technology and many other technical innovations that are unparalleled in the horticultural industry.

Since Europa-Park opened in 1975, the Gastronomy department has grown from a simple snack bar to one of the largest gastronomic offers in Europe. We offer our guests unforgettable moments with more than 90 different gastronomy options, even when the rollercoasters and slides have long closed. Whether in the morning or late at night, the gastronomy department of the MACK group creates delightful culinary moments for our guests!

In the business department of Trade & Engineering, it is all about the technical and trade jobs in the Europa-Park Resort. Whether painting, locksmithery, electronics department, carpentry, tailoring, advertising technology – the department works hard every day to keep up the Europa-Park magic.

In addition to Europa-Park, Rulantica, YULLBE and Eatrenalin, the Europa-Park Resort consists of six lovingly themed 4* (superior) hotels, a Camp Resort with tipi tents, covered wagons and western-style log cabins as well as the Europa-Park Camping, a caravan site with numerous pitches and tent sites. With over 5,800 beds, it is the largest contiguous hotel resort in Germany, offering the perfect setting for a dreamy short holiday with five sauna areas, five pools, two fitness areas and three wellness & spa areas and over 20 restaurants.

Over 60 employees in the HR department ensure that all the needs of the workforce are served in the best possible way. Whether it's onboarding training from our own Academy, an accommodation request from our property team, queries about action planning in the coordinator team – the HR department is the right department to contact. IT is responsible for the entire Europa-Park Resort, looking after all components of the IT infrastructure, expanding service networks and maintaining our systems.

The products for the various areas of the Europa-Park Resort are stored and managed across an area of 8,000 square metres. A modern goods management team that processes deliveries quickly, saves time and organises the movement of goods economically and efficiently throughout the Resort, making sure that processes run smoothly and that every product is in the right place at the right time.

The Marketing & Sales department ensures the Resort is filled with guests and brings the Europa-Park feeling home. Marketing & Sales takes care of the diverse range of products from the MACK Group on their way into the wider world, making new contacts and inviting them to immerse themselves in our universe. Through connected international branches, cooperations with unique partners or pictures that tell our story, they monitor and enrich the experiences of the visitors, whether in Europa-Park, Rulantica, YULLBE, the themed hotels, at Eatrenalin or at home!

At the heart of Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world is the ‘Operations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. A system availability of over 99% speaks volumes: They meet the high demands day after day. Whether it is the blue fire Megacoaster, Voletarium or Silver Star at Europa-Park or Svalgur Rytt, Tønnevirvel and Två Fall in Rulantica, the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Operations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction of all the trades needed to keep things running.

The Shopping business department offers guests a varied shopping experience at the Europa-Park Resort and in the Europa-Park online shop. Guests will find over 30,000 items in the fashion, souvenir, confectionery, ride photo/video and jewellery ranges. In over 70 lovingly themed and decorated outlets, Europa-Park guests can browse to their heart's content and discover their latest favourite souvenir. Both own brands developed exclusively for the Resort and well-known branded articles characterise the portfolio. Brand-conscious guests will find what they are looking for in the brand stores run by well-known product partners.

Corporate Security monitors the company premises, necessarily stays calm in emergencies and settles minor disputes. They take care of the safety of our guests as well as our employees.
