Hotel Logis Division

The satisfaction of our guests is our highest priority and our employees in the Hotel Logis Division are perfect hosts!
While the Customer Service department takes care of all concerns and questions prior to arrival, from A for arrivals, to E for enquiries, to T for tickets, the Front Office team welcomes and takes care of our guests from check-in to check-out. In the background, the Back Office, Papermen in the car parks and the Housekeeping team ensure smooth and orderly operations as well as sparkling clean rooms and surfaces. The members of the Wellness & Spa team are also part of the Hotel Logis Division.

Gastronomy

The Hotel Gastronomy covers the wide range of culinary variety found in the themed hotels and the Camp Resort, from the gourmet menu in the 2* Michelin restaurant to the authentic cuisines of various countries, as well as breakfast for overnight guests and day guests. In over 20 bars and restaurants, they improve their culinary performance every day through creativity, innovation and quality. From buffet restaurant, self-service restaurant to fine dining restaurant, there is something for every occasion. The service team works with people for people and always in accordance with the quality standards of the Europa-Park Resort.

Free workwear

Our employees have the option of borrowing professional clothing. This includes a themed costume, polo shirts, suits and shirts as well as softshell and winter jackets.

Free entrance to Europa-Park

All employees can visit Europa-Park outside of their working hours for free. Your emplyoee ID is also your entrance ticket. You can also visit many of our partner parks for free.

Employee events

As an employee, you receive special conditions or even free entry to many of our top events. In addition, a company party with the entire staff takes place once a year. A Christmas party is also subsidised by the management.

Employee restaurant

We look after you! Fruit and water are free in all employee restaurants. In the morning you can buy sandwiches and warm snacks, the good value for money lunch is your choice of light and healthy or hearty.

There is free parking close to the workplace for all our employees.
