New vision, mission and guidelines for employees at the Europa-Park Resort

The shareholders of the Mack family have jointly realigned the mission, vision and guidelines of the MACK Group with a view to the future. Now, Frederik Mack and the entire Human Resources team are ensuring that these are successfully implemented and put into practice in the day-to-day running of the company.

We are always approachable and fulfil our guests' wishes. As service providers, we are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We pay close attention to safety and cleanliness, and we conduct ourselves in a professional and collegial manner. For us, performance comes before success. We understand that our guests are the foundation of our success – and that only satisfied guests return.
