To strengthen our team in Lucerne, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m|f|d) to take our sales activities to the next level.

Your area of responsibility

  • You will not only be responsible for direct sales, but also for developing the associated sales strategy.
  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to bring our products to market, with associated sales targets.
  • You will be actively involved in expanding our client portfolio.
  • Your analytical skills make it easy for you to collect and analyse market data.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in marketing/sales or a comparable qualification with a business background.
  • Preferably, you will have experience in a managerial role and in our sector.
  • You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the B2B sector.
  • You are decisive, responsible, flexible, a team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Success in building and developing sales teams is beneficial.
  • A confident, poised and positive demeanour completes your personality.
  • You have a strong customer focus and an instinct for the needs of your customers, as well as your…?
