Founded by Miriam Mack, the FeelGood Health Centre expands the range of regional medical services, offering specialised treatments designed to promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of employees and the local community. 

The workplace health programme supports over 5,500 Europa-Park Resort employees in creating unforgettable experiences for guests every day. It lays an important foundation for motivation and performance in their day-to-day working lives.

The objective is to improve employees’ physical and mental health, thereby enhancing their general wellbeing. Additionally, a positive working environment is created, fostering a company culture that places health and wellbeing at its core.

FeelGood – workplace health programme

The workplace health management programme offers a wide range of seasonal activities, including cookery classes, talks and sports. These are complemented by occupational health services, including health check-ups and flu vaccinations. There is also an external counselling service for employees, which provides support with work-related and personal challenges. Employees can also benefit from training facilities at the 'Boston Red Sox' fitness club or through Hansefit across Germany as part of the corporate fitness programme. Physiotherapy services and specialist medical consultations also support health promotion, recovery and personal wellbeing.
