MACK Studios is being developed as part of MACK One, with the ambition of bringing together the group’s various creative and production capabilities under a shared banner.
This initiative represents a first step toward structuring a more unified production ecosystem, regrouping existing creative, artistic, cinematic, animation, and storytelling activities in order to better support the development of ambitious entertainment projects.
Rather than starting immediately as a full-scale production studio, MACK Studios is intended to act as a strategic and creative foundation: a place where ideas can be shaped, visual worlds can be developed, stories can be structured, and projects can be prepared before entering larger-scale production.

MACK Studios, a new creative initiative emerging from MACK One, is looking for a Creative Coordinator — Animation & Cinematic Storytelling (f/m/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Coordinate and support the creative development of animated film projects, from early concept to production-ready vision
- Work directly with concept artists, storytellers, writers, and visual development teams to shape characters, worlds, stories, moods, and visual identities
- Ensure consistency between story, visual direction, character development, world-building, tone, and emotional intent
- Contribute to the development of original IPs and cinematic projects with strong audience potential
- Help build and maintain a creative culture based on quality, clarity, trust, ambition, and respect for artistic talent
- Collaborate closely with producers and production teams to balance creative ambition with budget, schedule, technical constraints, and studio priorities.
Your profile
- Proven experience in animation, film, series, cinematic storytelling, or high-level visual development
- Ideally, previous experience on full feature film animation projects, though candidates from strong animation series, game cinematics, transmedia, or visual storytelling backgrounds may also be considered
- A deep understanding of story development, character creation, visual development, world-building, tone, mood, and cinematic language
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give clear, precise, and constructive creative feedback
- Ability to balance creative excellence with budget, timing, technical feasibility, and business objectives
- Experience working on original IP development
- Comfortable working in early-stage development, where ideas may be evolving and structure still needs to be created.
