Shopping Sales Assistant

Your area of responsibility

  • You sell the whole product range of one of our 70 souvenir shops at Europa-Park
  • Always ready: You advise and look after our international shop guests
  • You ensure cleanliness in the branch during day-to-day operations
  • You don't miss a thing - you're in charge of the box office accounting
  • You are also actively involved in stocktaking and product range management
  • A warm smile for everyone - thanks to you, our guests enjoy a pleasant shopping experience

Your profile

  • Thanks to your open, friendly personality, a friendly approach to our international guests is natural for you
  • You are reliable, motivated and good under pressure
  • You are said to have good manners and a confident, well-groomed appearance
  • Fast from A to B? No problem for you thanks to your driving licence and car
  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a salesperson or have previously worked in the service sector

About the department "Shopping Sales"

With over 400 employees, the ‘Shopping Sales’ team anticipates every wish of the guest. Whether as a sales specialist or newcomer, the employees in this department advise guests with trained product knowledge that goes beyond the borders of the branch. As hosts, they are the face of Europa-Park and beam for our visitors.

About the business division "Shopping & Games"

The Shopping business department offers guests a varied shopping experience at the Europa-Park Resort and in the Europa-Park online shop. Guests will find over 30,000 items in the fashion, souvenir, confectionery, ride photo/video and jewellery ranges. In over 70 lovingly themed and decorated outlets, Europa-Park guests can browse to their heart's content and discover their latest favourite souvenir. Both own brands developed exclusively for the Resort and well-known branded articles characterise the portfolio. Brand-conscious guests will find what they are looking for in the brand stores run by well-known product partners.
