Would you rather spend your summer in the middle of one of Europe's largest theme parks than just anywhere? The #Eurosummer programme offers you exactly that: the chance to work on attractions where thousands of guests experience unforgettable moments every day, and to be part of an international community discovering Europe, taking a look behind the scenes, and creating real summer memories.

As part of the #Eurosummer programme, your main responsibility will be to ensure that Europa-Park attractions run safely and smoothly. You will also live in a shared camp with other participants, making new friends, taking part in group activities, and gaining special behind the scenes insights at Europa-Park.

Your area of responsibility

  • Your role will involve overseeing our guests at attractions and shows, answering questions, and ensuring they feel well tended to
  • You will consistently implement safety regulations, measure children, check safety bars and ensure guests are seated safely on the rides
  • To ensure that your attraction area always looks tidy, you will clean it before the park opens, after it closes and, if necessary, during the day
  • Your role will involve operating the attractions in accordance with the specifications, ensuring that all processes run safely and smoothly
  • You will communicate with guests and colleagues in a friendly and clear manner, maintaining an overview even in busy situations
  • If necessary, you will be able to step in and help out in other areas, as well as support your colleagues

Your profile

  • You are reliable and physically fit, and you can be deployed flexibly in a variety of areas
  • You are not afraid of heights or enclosed spaces and can therefore work safely on all attractions
  • You speak good German (at least B1) so that you can inform guests well and explain safety rules clearly
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You enjoy working in a team and have a good rapport with colleagues from different countries
  • You can stay calm and focused, even in stressful situations
  • You are ready to take on new tasks and get to grips with a variety of activities
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are second nature to you

About the department "Attractions"

Europa-Park
The attractions and shows form the core business of Europa-Park. Over 700 employees work in the various themed areas with a total of over 80 rollercoasters, themed and roundabout rides as well as children's attractions. They ensure the safety and satisfaction of the guests on the rides, take the role of admission staff for the shows, operate the various attractions and can also provide an insight into the processes behind the scenes and the ‘Rollercoaster Fascination’. They are responsible for a smooth operational process, working in close cooperation with the technical department.

Rulantica
Whether for adrenaline junkies, for toddlers or for those seeking relaxation – the water world offers a suitable attraction for everyone. On an area of over 32,000 m², 13 themed settings offer entertainment and fun for young and old with their 30 slides and attractions. For our team, the safety of the guests in the pool is our top priority. However, fun is not neglected, and guests are encouraged to have lots of it at the respective attractions.

YULLBE
'Operations' at YULLBE means helping guests to put on VR equipment and accompanying them on their journey through virtual worlds.

About the business division "Operations"

At the heart of Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world is the ‘Operations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. A system availability of over 99% speaks volumes: They meet the high demands day after day. Whether it is the blue fire Megacoaster, Voletarium or Silver Star at Europa-Park or Svalgur Rytt, Tønnevirvel and Två Fall in Rulantica, the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Operations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction of all the trades needed to keep things running.

About the company "Europa-Park"

More than 100 attractions and international shows guarantee fun and entertainment for the whole family on an area of over 95 hectares. During the season, more than 4,500 employees work for the Resort across a range of different jobs.
