Would you like to spend your summer in one of Europe's most modern water worlds? Then the #Eurosummer programme is for you: work in the heart of Rulantica, where thousands of guests experience fun, action and relaxation every day, and be part of an international community discovering Europe, taking a look behind the scenes and collecting real summer memories.

As part of the #Eurosummer programme, you will support our team in various areas of Rulantica, ensuring that processes run safely and smoothly. You will also live in a shared camp with other participants, make new friends, take part in joint activities, and gain special behind the scenes insights at the Europa-Park Resort.

Your area of responsibility

  • You will assist our guests at the water attractions and ensure that they feel taken care of right from the outset
  • By acting with prudence and responsibility, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly at the attractions, maintaining an overview even in busy situations
  • You will be approachable and ready to answer guests' questions, helping them make the most of their visit to Rulantica
  • Compliance with our safety and bathing rules is in your hands, so that all visitors can enjoy a safe stay
  • You take great care to keep your area clean, tidy and safe, ensuring that operations run smoothly at all times
  • You will be prepared to step in and help out in other areas if necessary, supporting your colleagues where needed

Your profile

  • As a confident swimmer, you feel comfortable in the water in any situation
  • You value a positive image as much as a well-groomed appearance and respectful manners
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You can keep a cool head, work with focus and remain reliable, even in warm and humid climates
  • You are characterised by your friendliness and openness, and you enjoy interacting with others
  • You enjoy working with international guests
  • You consider working at weekends and on public holidays to be standard practice
  • You have a good understanding of German and, ideally, can also communicate well in English or French

About the department "Attractions"

Europa-Park
The attractions and shows form the core business of Europa-Park. Over 700 employees work in the various themed areas with a total of over 80 rollercoasters, themed and roundabout rides as well as children's attractions. They ensure the safety and satisfaction of the guests on the rides, take the role of admission staff for the shows, operate the various attractions and can also provide an insight into the processes behind the scenes and the ‘Rollercoaster Fascination’. They are responsible for a smooth operational process, working in close cooperation with the technical department.

Rulantica
Whether for adrenaline junkies, for toddlers or for those seeking relaxation – the water world offers a suitable attraction for everyone. On an area of over 32,000 m², 13 themed settings offer entertainment and fun for young and old with their 30 slides and attractions. For our team, the safety of the guests in the pool is our top priority. However, fun is not neglected, and guests are encouraged to have lots of it at the respective attractions.

YULLBE
'Operations' at YULLBE means helping guests to put on VR equipment and accompanying them on their journey through virtual worlds.

About the business division "Operations"

At the heart of Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world is the ‘Operations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. A system availability of over 99% speaks volumes: They meet the high demands day after day. Whether it is the blue fire Megacoaster, Voletarium or Silver Star at Europa-Park or Svalgur Rytt, Tønnevirvel and Två Fall in Rulantica, the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Operations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction of all the trades needed to keep things running.

About the company "Rulantica"

Rulantica is the second park in the Europa-Park Resort and, similarly to Europa-Park, wins guests over with its great attention to detail and theming, as well as wide range of attractions. The water world offers one of the most beautiful indoor and outdoor water experiences in Europe, all year round.
