For the new Rulantica water world, we are looking for a candidate with immediate effect or by arrangement:

Operators

Your area of responsibility

  • You’ll look after and advise our guests
  • You’ll be a courteous point of contact for any questions or problems from young and old alike
  • You’ll make sure that the safety and bathing rules are being followed
  • You’ll also make sure that everything runs smoothly with respect to the attractions
  • You’ll take on simple cleaning and maintenance work independently and on your own initiative
  • You’ll have everything under control – and always know what’s going on in the area you’re responsible for in terms of safety and cleanliness
  • You’ll reliably check and test effects, decorations and installations

Your profile

  • Service above all: Our guests are always at the centre of your thoughts and actions
  • You have a friendly personality and like to be in contact with people with your relaxed manner
  • You are a very good swimmer
  • You are flexible in terms of time, especially on weekends and during school holidays
  • You are said to have good manners, a friendly nature and a well-groomed appearance
  • English/French language skills are the icing on the cake that makes you the perfect candidate for this job - and makes us cheer

About the department "Attractions"

Europa-Park
The attractions and shows form the core business of Europa-Park. Over 700 employees work in the various themed areas with a total of over 80 rollercoasters, themed and roundabout rides as well as children's attractions. They ensure the safety and satisfaction of the guests on the rides, take the role of admission staff for the shows, operate the various attractions and can also provide an insight into the processes behind the scenes and the ‘Rollercoaster Fascination’. They are responsible for a smooth operational process, working in close cooperation with the technical department.

Rulantica
Whether for adrenaline junkies, for toddlers or for those seeking relaxation – the water world offers a suitable attraction for everyone. On an area of over 32,000 m², 13 themed settings offer entertainment and fun for young and old with their 30 slides and attractions. For our team, the safety of the guests in the pool is our top priority. However, fun is not neglected, and guests are encouraged to have lots of it at the respective attractions.

YULLBE
'Operations' at YULLBE means helping guests to put on VR equipment and accompanying them on their journey through virtual worlds.

About the business division "Operations"

At the heart of Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world is the ‘Operations’ department. All threads come together in this area, where the respective park managers organise the daily routine of the theme park as well as the water world. A system availability of over 99% speaks volumes: They meet the high demands day after day. Whether it is the blue fire Megacoaster, Voletarium or Silver Star at Europa-Park or Svalgur Rytt, Tønnevirvel and Två Fall in Rulantica, the parks bristle with absolute world-class attractions and ‘Operations’ ensures the smooth daily interaction of all the trades needed to keep things running.

About the company "Rulantica"

Rulantica is the second park in the Europa-Park Resort and, similarly to Europa-Park, wins guests over with its great attention to detail and theming, as well as wide range of attractions. The water world offers one of the most beautiful indoor and outdoor water experiences in Europe, all year round.
