To make your start at the Europa-Park Resort as easy as possible, you will find all important information here regarding your arrival, check-in at the #Eurosummer Camp, and your first steps on site. In the following section, we answer the most important questions about your arrival so that you are perfectly prepared for your #Eurosummer Program.
The Europa-Park Resort can easily be reached by train, long-distance bus, or car.
The nearest train station is Ringsheim/Europa-Park. From there, you can quickly and easily reach Rust and the #Eurosummer Camp by shuttle bus or public transportation.
International travel is also easy. There are excellent train connections via:
From there, you can comfortably travel to Ringsheim/Europa-Park by regional or long-distance trains. There are also direct rail connections from cities such as Milan, Strasbourg, or Paris towards the Europa-Park Resort.
For planning your train journey, we recommend using the Deutsche Bahn app or website.

Europa-Park is located in the heart of the tri-border area between Germany, France, and Switzerland and is surrounded by several international airports. Many of them can be reached within one to two hours. In addition, various partner companies offer shuttle services directly to the Europa-Park Resort.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If, due to possible traffic delays, you are unable to arrive during office hours, please contact our team immediately. Please note that late arrivals are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior arrangement.
No keys will be handed out on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or outside office hours.
Please contact our Welcome Center team directly to coordinate your arrival. Together, we will arrange your individual arrival time and provide you with all details regarding time, meeting point, check-in, and more.

Arrival is only possible after prior registration and only on weekdays (Mon–Fri) during the Welcome Center’s opening hours. It is very important to arrange your move-in date in advance. We will gladly check from when your room is ready for occupancy.

The landlord confirmation will be handed out directly during key collection and contract signing at the Welcome Center.
Important: Anyone living in Germany is legally required to register at the local residents’ registration office within two weeks after moving in.
In 2026, the #Eurosummer Camp will open for the first time as an exclusive camp for participants of the #Eurosummer Program – right in the heart of the Europa-Park Resort.
Accommodation is shared with other participants of the #Eurosummer Program in modern Tiny Houses. Four people live together in each accommodation.
Rooms are shared by two participants. Room assignments are separated by gender.
Each Tiny House is shared by four participants, with two people sharing one room.
Accommodation costs €114 per month per participant. The costs are deducted directly from your salary.
The #Eurosummer Camp is located close to Rulantica and is accessible exclusively to residents of the #Eurosummer Program.
In addition to the Tiny Houses, all participants have access to common areas such as a kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area, and lounge area – perfect places to spend time together and relax after work.
The Tiny Houses are functionally equipped and designed for shared living in the camp. Please note that this is intentionally a camp concept and not a hotel. The accommodations provide everything necessary for your stay while creating a simple and community-oriented atmosphere in the middle of the resort.
Bed linen and one towel will be provided at the #Eurosummer Camp. However, we recommend bringing an additional towel if possible.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the #Eurosummer Camp.
Participants working at Rulantica or in the F&B Rulantica area can conveniently walk to work.
Employees working in attractions can use the shuttle bus from Rulantica to Europa-Park.
Each roommate is responsible for cleaning their own room, taking out the trash, and keeping common areas such as the bathroom and kitchen clean and tidy.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire #Eurosummer Camp. This also applies to e-cigarettes and shishas. A designated smoking area is located outside the camp entrance.
If you smoke within the camp area, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement.

To make your departure from the Europa-Park Resort as smooth as possible, you will find all important information here regarding check-out from the #Eurosummer Camp and the final steps before your journey home. In the following section, we answer the most important questions about your departure so that you can complete your #Eurosummer Program relaxed and well prepared.
Please inform us at least 5 days before your planned departure. After key return, your room will be checked for damages and cleanliness.
We recommend arranging an appointment for the room inspection.
The room must be returned clean and tidy. All personal belongings such as private furniture, work clothes, toiletries, food, etc. must be removed.
As new participants will move into the #Eurosummer Camp after your departure, a prompt move-out is necessary.
